Product Description:
PVPP (Cross-linked Polyvinylpyrrolidone, also known as Crospovidone) is a water-insoluble cross-linked polymer of N-vinylpyrrolidone. It appears as white or creamy-white powder, odorless and tasteless. PVPP is widely used in beer, wine and beverage industries as a clarifying and stabilizing agent to adsorb polyphenols and prevent haze formation.

Applications:
